The challenge
The Skin Summit required a unique visual identity that was fresh, fun, eye-catching and inclusive of all ages. Final deliverables included logo design, colour palette, font selection, graphic elements, bespoke social ads, display ads, website design and website assets for promotion.
The SOLUTION
A visual identity that captured the ambience of a wet and steamy bathroom – a relatable space devoted to self-care and skincare routines. By steering away from the typical imagery of various skin types, we maintained an inclusive approach by creating a compelling narrative that resonates with anyone with skin.
A vibrant and punchy colour palette draws you in, creating that “plump”, “glowy” and “brightening” sensation that skin care language so cleverly conveys. This was also an intentional choice to balance between feeling feminine, bold and fun, and to create a sense of energy and excitement around the upcoming event. We infused some movement into social content with videos of liquids in various forms and consistencies, which helped to enhance the overall sensory experience.
